Within 5 seconds - very difficult. I mean your website does not clearly underline it, and it speaks in this high-tech vague kind. "We build X for Y" would be a very simple approach to fix that. After reading through the website and looking at the demo, Id say that I was somewhat right. You guys are selling a layer in between the human input and AI output, securing the response of the AI. If the human input feels like a fraud/scam/hack, then the request is not delivered. If the AI response seems as if the request was bad, then the response is not delivered. Pretty smart.

Difficult. There are not any testimonials, no clear company identity, and no "real world" proof, eg. no pictures, videos etc. The DEMO is pretty neat, though it is not really a demo, as there are no outward network requests made to the backend - everything was already pre-made. Videos that display how the layer works in real-time would be interesting and build trust.

Currently, it really feels like a Portfolio rather than a service. There are multiple services with different names, and I looking at the design of them, they differ from each other - so the trust is also negated a lot. It feels as if I am trusting my data to three separate companies. There also is no "Our Goal", "What is the problem?" "Who is this for?" "Features" section. Numbers are meaningless if I can correlate them with anything!

"A moderator between human input and AI output".
5.
A clear offer, a section for how it works, a strong CTA, storytelling (nice-to-have) as example, why it was build, for who, constraints, and also legitimacy signals, such as phone number, address, email, business registration. I am trusting my customer data, and my AI responses to you, I should know how to contact you right off the bat via digital messages.
