To be honest? It is "annoyance". I hate talking to AI's as most of the time, they do not really know what they are talking about. I found myself often talking to an AI on the phone, begging them to forward me to a human just for them to hang up. It is something I see as potentially amazing, but practically disrupting. I mean, at the end of the day, it really depends on the execution of the AI assistant / receptionist. Even feel like a keyword, or a sort of detection, that understands that the human wants to talk to a human would be awesome. A 24/7 AI receptionist feels like someone trying to do a job, that theyre not made for. Maybe they should just do the simple stuff, and leave the complicated stuff for humans.

Well, I'd say prepare for users complaining about customers complaining. That is really really inevitable in any service, however, your service really just depends on AI doing their job right. I personally would be pissed if I would call a hotel at 3AM in the morning because my flight got delayed, and then an AI answers, giving me explanations and other stuff that does not make any sense. It is not only that, but imagine I book a room for 3AM, and the AI understands it as 3PM, now I dont have a room. The thing is, your service depends on many things at once (which is not a bad thing, but risky), it does AI voice answers, AI voice detection, and AI explanations. Not bad if it holds up, but not sure how many big buisnesses would give critical infrastructure read-write rights to an AI.

The website does seem really neat, the design is alright, and the structure is clean. Now, there are some things that I dont really like though. It looks very AI-ish. A lot of my possible complaints above have infact been answered, which is nice. And there is not much else to say about the design of the website in general. There are no em-dashes or emojis, which kinda makes me happy, as there doesnt seem to be AI used during explanations. Also, uh, Stater Pack, Switch to Anually; "Billed annually · Save $213.60000000000002/yr" <- just round it. Also, 83 SMS credits/month? Why so oddly specific, 83?

It does not really feel fake. There is not much I can say about the fakeness level, its just that it is difficult to trust it, even if it was something real. I would like to see a Demo, legit Testimonials, example calls, responses ON the landing page. That would build the trust. The website does not seem fake, the product seems legit, but it still is something hard to trust.

I would not suggested that. The field youre targeting is quite professional, and its always good to leave out personal stuff from professional business. Though, I was quite surprised to not find an About page, especially because I am always interested from where developers come. Would atleast suggest adding that if you do want some kind of personal stuff.
