I mean kinda. I am just a little confused though. Your website seems to advertise itself as a service, that lets users find apprentice ships fairly quick. But when I go to the companies section as example, it gives me a guide, instead of displaying opportunities. The way you get information though is fairly quick, however a search bar in the index page could improve the speed when you are looking for something (eg. When I am looking for the WIZE Foundation, I would just search it, instead of clicking and scrolling). I know that there are search bars in the sub categories, but I dont think anyone would search for something in a section where there are only 32 organizations anyway - in that case manual-search would be even a little faster.

What you did is pretty good. You split it up, and categorized it. However, what is also pretty important in these types of things is displaying the importance or atleast current status of things. As mentioned, when I clicked on the companies page, I expected to get companies looking for apprenticeships, and not a guide for each company. Data, showing that a company is currently accepting or not accepting apprentice ships would be gold. This can also go hand it hand with "most useful", or "top rated", ratings for specific resources.

Tbh. There is almost everything critical there. But a few things nice to have, such as being able to Up/Down vote a resource for better rating. Being able to add more data depending on the category (eg. Communities -> display how many members, Companies -> display open positions, etc.). Not gonna force you, but this also feels like an open source .org type of website. Not saying open source it, but I would expect this type of website to be open source (as there is no critical data underlying it).

Find people who are struggling, that is all I can say. Go around X, Reddit, or Facebook, find people that need an apprenticeship but are struggling to find one, and paste your link. Your website is not a service or something that someone might visit often, thats just a fact. I mean think about this, how often do you visit Wikipedia to get a chunk of information per week? You only visit it when you need to. And your website kinda follows the same logic. It is difficult to "advertise" your website, as it is not something that EVERYBODY would need. Gotta find users that have the problem, and communicate with them. Your website is also a free-to-use, meaning there is no signup required. Maybe add more complex functions, something like a apprenticeship planner, a CV Creator, a career path mentor, and then put that under a sign-up and pay wall (eg. $5 a month - but the features would have to be really good). With that youd have something that drives people towards your website, because currently it is just a chunk of information, that people dont need everyday.

I could, but what is the drive? Asking nicely for users to interact with your website might work on some people, but why should anyone actually comment or like changelogs at all? Changelogs are not really there to be rated, or commented on - even google analytics changelog does not have that feature, and personally I have never seen any website have this feature, as it feels unfitting. A Changelog should just show the user what changed, and not ask for a rating, the rating, and comment part can be moved to the resources, THAT is something that users would ACTUALLY want to rate.
